A compilation of 120 iPhone and iPad works by renowned British painter David Hockney features work created after Hockney’s discovery of the iPhone as an artistic medium, collected in a book entitled David Hockney. My Window.
A Bigger Splash artist drew scenes from his Yorkshire house window documenting the passage of time, from nighttime impressions and snow-covered branches to lilac morning skies and the arrival of spring.
Chronologically ordered, the works come in a beautifully designed book made by famous art book publisher Taschen, retailing for $2,000 each. The 1000-piece edition will release next month on Taschen’s website.
